Contacting our Frisco office
During normal business hours an attendant will forward your medical questions to our nurse, or allow you to leave a voice mail message. Our answering service will relay messages to our on-call physician should you need help after normal business hours.

Contacting our Dallas office
During normal business hours an attendant will forward your medical questions to our nurse, or allow you to leave a voice mail message. After business hours, the Health Central Dallas office allows you to record a personal message with the details of your concerns that will be forwarded to the on-call physician.
